DAY 1 Sunday depart USA
Depart across the Pacific and International Dateline to Asia.

DAY 2 Monday arrive BANGKOK
Transit Tokyo or Hong Kong and on arrival stay at the deluxe Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel.

DAY 3 Tuesday BANGKOK/PHNOM PENH (B, L)
After a morning flight on Thai Airways, transfer to the Intercontinental Hotel and then visit the Silver Pagoda, the National and the Toul Sleng Museums.

DAY 4 Wednesday PHNOM PENH/SIEM REAP (B, D)
Morning flight to Siem Reap. Transfer to the Angkor Century Hotel. Sightseeing around Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and the southern gate of Bayon.

DAY 5 Thursday SIEM REAP (B, D)
Excursion to the ‘Angkor Conservation’, the temples of Ta Prohm, Ta Keo, Chao Saytevada, Thommnoun, Bontey Kdei, Neak Poan and Kranvann.

DAY 6 Friday SIEM REAP/SAIGON (B, L)
Morning tours to Pre Roup, Mebon, Ta Som and Phnom Bakheng. Afternoon fly to Hochiminh City via Phnom Penh and transfer to the New World Hotel.

DAY 7 Saturday HOCHIMINH CITY (B)
Full day city tour of Saigon including the Palace of the Jade Emperor.

DAY 8 Sunday HOCHIMINH CITY (B, L)
Visit the Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh and the tunnels of Cu Chi. This network of underground passageways was used by Viet Cong during the Vietnam War.

DAY 9 Monday SAIGON/DANANG (B, L)
Fly to Danang, visit the Cham Museum and the Marble Mountain. In the afternoon go to the ancient port city of Hoi An. Stay at the Furama Resort.

DAY 10 Tuesday DANANG/HUE (B, L)
Drive over the Pass of the Ocean Clouds and transfer to the Saigon Morin Hotel. Visit the tombs of the emperors Khai Dinh and Tu Duc.

DAY 11 Wednesday HUE (B, L)
Boat trip on the Perfume River viewing the tomb of the emperor Minh Mang and Thien Mu Pagoda. In the afternoon see the former Imperial Palace.

DAY 12 Thursday HUE/HANOI (B)
Morning flight to the capital, Hanoi. Transfer to the Sofitel Plaza Hotel. Tour to the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Museum and One Pillar Pagoda. Performance tonight of traditional water puppets.

DAY 13 Friday HANOI/HALONG BAY (B, D)
Drive along the Red River to Hong Gai in Halong Bay, an area of limestone islands in the South China Sea. Stay at the Heritage Hotel.

DAY 14 Saturday HALONG BAY/HANOI (B, L)
Cruise through the bay among the fishing boats and islands before returning to Hanoi.

DAY 15 Sunday HANOI/VIENTIANE (B, D)
Morning flight to the Laotian capital. Visit Wat Sisaket, Wat Hopha Keo, Pratuxai, That Luang Stupa and Ban Nongboua Thong. Stay at the Novotel Hotel.

DAY 16 Monday VIENTIANE/LUANG PRABANG (B, D)
Take a morning flight to Luang Prabang, the former residence of the royal family. Transfer to the Villa Santi. Then sightseeing to Wat Visun, Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Saen, Wat Mai and Wat Prabat at sunset.

DAY 17 Tuesday LUANG PRABANG (B, L)
Travel by boat on the Mekong River to the Pak Ou junction. Visit the Tam Ting Caves, Tam Phum Caves and a rice wine distillery.

DAY 18 Wednesday LUANG PRABANG/VIENTIANE (B)
Visit the National Museum and former Royal Palace before the return flight.

DAY 19 Thursday VIENTIANE/BANGKOK (B)
Depart on Thai Airways this morning and return to the Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel.

DAY 20 Friday BANGKOK/USA (B)
Depart for the States this morning arriving back the same day.
